The Curaplex® Chitogauze Kit is designed to help external severely bleeding wounds. This bagged kit includes a 2”x2” gauze pad and a Prometheus ChitoGauze® XR Pro hemostatic dressing. The gauze pad is 8 ply and sterile .
The ChitoGauze XR Pro dressing is infused with Chitosan to control traumatic hemorrhaging. To use, rip open the vacuum-sealed packaging. It is z-folded, 3in x 4yds, and x-ray detectable.
